Mr. Moore has successfully represented individuals in a variety of immigration matters. He has significant experience with helping clients with family-based petitions, adjustment of status, U Visas, naturalization, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), waivers, asylum, and in deportation and removal proceedings. Mr. Moore also has experience in divorce, custody, protective orders, guardianship, and some criminal cases in the state of Maryland.
Mr. Moore earned his Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law with a concentration in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, and studied abroad in Israel and Palestine. He also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law with a focus on International Human Rights Law. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and currently serving on the AILA DC Chapter Committee for New Members.
